Manford Machinery Co., Ltd. has introduced the VF-700high-speed machining center with a direct type 12,000 RPM spindle.
Features of the VF-700 include:
- Z-axis servo brake eliminates the need for heavy cast iron counter weight and chain assembly. The reduced mass and weight allow quick rapid traverse rates and better surface finish on molds.
- Servo motor and ball screws are directly coupled for backlash-free transmission to provide low inertia and high efficiency—offering enhanced dynamic precision during 3-axis simultaneous contour cutting.
- Accommodates large workpieces
- Heavy-duty roller bearing linear guideways with 45 mm rail width and large contact surface between sliding roller block and rail.
- XYZ travels: 700 mm x 510 mm x 410 mm
- Table size: 800 mm x 510 mm
- Rapid feedrates: 36 m/min.
