The all new TigerStop Pro automated material pusher and stop is designed to position heavier material faster and more reliably using its refreshed and more intuitive touchscreen interface.
Operators can now turn their existing manual machine into a fully automatic lean manufacturing asset, the company reported. To use, type in the desired measurement, place material, and press start.
Features include:
- Intuitive touchscreen controller included with every machine
- Automatic Push feeding up to 300 lbs. with roller tables at high voltage
- Improved reliability due to brushless motor design
- Increased material optimization with Dynamic Optimization software upgrade
- Cut List Downloading software upgrade
- Accuracy to +/- .004"
- Unskilled operators can be trained in under 10 minutes.
