Caron Engineering, a provider of tool monitoring, automation and process control technology for manufacturing, has announced the addition of Ulli Thornton as the company's new Western U.S. Regional Sales Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Thornton brings extensive expertise in sales, marketing, product management and business development to the team.

Throughout her career, Thornton has been instrumental in driving regional growth and profitability, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading technical sales initiatives. She has a strong background in creating and localizing marketing content, optimizing business efforts and supporting automation and digital manufacturing advancements.

In her new role, Thornton will be responsible for expanding Caron Engineering's presence in the Western U.S., developing strategic partnerships and providing innovative solutions to support manufacturers in optimizing their CNC processes. Her leadership and industry expertise will be invaluable as Caron Engineering continues to drive innovation in smart manufacturing and process automation.
