Starrag Appoints Applications Engineer

Bryon Bega
Starrag USA has announced the appointment of Bryon Bega as Applications Engineer LPMS.
Bega has spent his entire career working in the aerospace manufacturing industry. He started out working as a machinist and began taking classes at Cowley County Community College to become a Mastercam programmer. After completing vocational studies in machining and manufacturing technology, he began creating programs for 3- and 4-axis machines. He later earned his certificate in CAD/CAM at Wichita State University NIAR and worked many years as a Catia programmer, programming large 5-axis machines and even the Starrag Eccospeed 1540. Then, in 2020 he went on to become an operations manager and shortly afterwards a general manager for a local aerospace company. Bega has an extensive background in aerospace, overseeing from start to finish many largescale and complex aviation parts.
