NB's TOPBALL slide products self-align to speed manufacturing and assembly. TOPBALL's floating wiper seal makes this unrestricted self- alignment possible. Its floating load plate adjusts clearance.
"TOPBALL's precision tolerances are achieved by grinding, not stamping, the raceways and load plates," said a company spokesperson. "These features combine to offer 27 times more travel life to automation equipment, machinery, optical and measuring instruments. And, since NB's TOPBALL slide products have three times the load capacity, they minimize space requirements. They are suited for new designs and interchangeable for retrofitting."
NB TOPBALL family of slide products are available as total systems or as individual components, such as slide bushings, housings, slide shafts and supports, in metric or inch.
