The HEH Group, a supplier of production solutions to the manufacturing industry, has announced its acquisition of Zagar, Inc., a trusted name in the manufacturing sector since 1938. The acquisition will see Zagar transition from Zagar Inc. to Zagar, LLC and become a key part of The HEH Group's family of companies, which includes Ultra Tech Machinery, Motch & Eichele, Crotts & Saunders and Advanced Spindle Technology.
Zagar, known for its drilling and tapping machines, standard feed units, collet fixtures and gearless multi-spindle heads, will retain its brand identity, ensuring a seamless transition for its customer base.
"With The HEH Group's extensive resources and experience, Zagar is set to enter a new phase of growth and service excellence, bringing enhanced production capabilities, faster deliveries, replacement parts and expanded customer support," said a spokesperson.
