Specifically designed for small parts, the Royal Rota-Rack Compact offers hours of unmanned production, batches parts for easy inspection, and protects finished components from damage.
Features and benefits:
- Accommodates machines with part exit heights ranging from 24" to 33"
- Designed specifically for small parts/Swiss applications
- Twelve removable bins provide part separation/batching
- Bins are equipped with 2 mm dia. drain holes; the fully sealed collection tray is fitted with a drain tube for continuous return of oil/coolant back to the machine sump
- Bins without drain holes are available as custom order
- Provides high volume collection in a compact package: 1,200 total cubic inches, 100 cubic inches per bin
- Simple programming via the integral PLC; unit can also be easily wired into the machine tool control and indexed via M-code
- Operates on 110V power
- Removeable chute included.
