Lyndex-Nikken Launches EZ-Automation Line

Lyndex-Nikken has introduced EZ-AutoCart.
Lyndex-Nikken has introduced the EZ-Automation product line. The first automation product in the EZ-Automation product line is the EZ-AutoCart that is designed to easily automate CNC machine tending.
Lyndex-Nikken's EZ-Automation products are designed with simplicity in mind. All EZ-Automation products are based on scalable automation solutions that will range from machine tending, to machine loading, to pallet changing, and modular tending platforms. The products will offer efficiency and cost-effectiveness, providing user-friendly automation solutions, minimizing the need for advanced robotics or automation skills.
EZ-AutoCart integration capabilities:
- Includes 16 digital I/O to control peripheral devices
- Manages auto doors open/close
- Manages workholding open/close
- Optional hub provides data mining and quick change between multiple CNC machines
- Monitors CNC machine conditions.
EZ-AutoCart vision capabilities:
- Includes integrated camera for 2/3D vision
- Optional software for 2.5D picking.
The EZ-AutoCart offers a payload capacity of 18 kg, reach of 1,300 mm, maximum joint speed of 435°/s, and repeatability of +/-0.025 mm. Additionally, options available include workholding, end-of-arm tooling, infeed grid plates, safety scanners, and integration support.
